Q: What are your hours?
A: I’m available Monday to Friday 9:00-5:00 by phone and email. In order to accommodate your schedule, my organizers and I also schedule appointments on evenings and weekends for clients who are unable to work with me during the week.
Q: Why do you recommend the sessions are at least a few hours long?
A: If we work for an hour or so, it’s difficult to make significant progress and see results.
Q: Should I tidy before our appointment?
A: No need to tidy up! It’s important for us to see the space how it is. It gives us a lot of insight into how you think and act. Seeing your space as it is helps us make recommendations for systems that will work.
Q: I can probably organize myself. How can hiring you benefit me?
A: Chances are you’ve been living with your clutter for quite some time and for some reason you haven’t been able to organize yourself. Even if you can do it yourself, an organizer can help you accomplish the task quickly and give you ideas on how to maximize your space and improve your productivity.
Q: How many sessions do I need?
A: The number of sessions needed depends on many factors, including the scope of the project, your ability to work outside of our sessions, and others. If you have questions about which is the best fit, please ask!
